Privacy Policy

TenTicks  ·  Vision Tech LLC  ·  Effective: October 2026

The short version: TenTicks collects no personal data, requires no account, and communicates with no servers. Your routines stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch, and the workouts you record are saved to Apple Health on your own devices, never sent to us.

Information We Collect

None. Vision Tech LLC does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information from TenTicks. Specifically:

Apple Health

If you give permission, TenTicks saves each routine you run as a workout in Apple Health as the workout type you choose (for example, Strength Training or HIIT), with each step of your routine recorded as part of it. This lets your sessions appear in the Fitness and Health apps and count toward your Activity rings.

Local Data Storage

The routines you create are stored locally on your iPhone. A copy is sent directly to your paired Apple Watch using Apple's built-in iPhone-to-Watch connection, so you can run routines on the watch without your phone. This data is not accessible to Vision Tech LLC or any third party. Deleting a routine, or deleting the app, removes it from your devices.

Lock Screen, Sounds, and Permissions

While a routine runs, TenTicks can show its progress on your Lock Screen and play sounds in the background so the timer keeps going when your iPhone is locked. This all happens on your device. TenTicks does not use your microphone, camera, contacts, or photos.

Third-Party Services

TenTicks uses no third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, crash-reporting tools, or social-media integrations, and makes no network connections.

Children

Because we collect no data from anyone, we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, the updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
